How to Submit
Email legal@webbinnovations.com with the subject line "RungTrace privacy request." Include your name, company, email address, request type, and enough detail for us to locate relevant records.
Do not include passwords, PLC credentials, protected health information, export-controlled information, or other highly sensitive material in your request.
Identity Verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Verification may include confirming control of the email address associated with the request, asking for order or license details, or requesting other information reasonably necessary to match the request to our records.
We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where we cannot verify the request, where another person's rights would be affected, or where retention is required for billing, licensing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Expected Response Timing
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on your location, this may generally be within 30 to 45 days, with extensions where permitted for complex requests.
Authorized Agent Instructions
If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may require written authorization, proof of the agent's identity, proof of your identity, and direct confirmation that you authorized the request, unless applicable law requires a different process.
Complaint and Escalation Notes
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You may also contact us first at legal@webbinnovations.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
California note: California-specific rights handling and notice language should be expanded if applicability thresholds are later confirmed.
